We stayed on the 8th floor and could see a view. I noticed breakfast has both a buffet and a menu for the main course. The reception emailed me in advance regarding any assistance prior to my journey..

The staff are not very well trained. Sometimes they get confused.

attentive staff central location diverse selection

the staff was very attentive and addressed us by name. the hotel is centrally located near major attractions and the rooms are well maintained. the breakfast offered a diverse selection of high quality food.

the check-in process was a bit slow. i felt they could improve efficiency. we waited a while before we were able to access our room after a long journey. this aspect could be streamlined .

the staff displayed kindness and helpfulness. i booked a tour through them and i found everything perfect. breakfasts included a great variety of foods to choose from it was a lovely experience. the hotel location is great.
