the staff was very attentive and addressed us by name. the hotel is centrally located near major attractions and the rooms are well maintained. the breakfast offered a diverse selection of high quality food.

the check-in process was a bit slow. i felt they could improve efficiency. we waited a while before we were able to access our room after a long journey. this aspect could be streamlined .
